Every job is priced on its own, in writing. Send the drawings or a scope and the price comes back against it.

Fit-out and refurbishment

Strip-out, first and second fix, and final connections for offices, shops and units.

Distribution and sub-mains

New and replacement boards, sub-mains and the changes that come with an extension or a change of use.

Lighting

LED upgrades, feature and external lighting, and emergency lighting with its test records.

Power and containment

Small power, trunking, tray and conduit, installed neatly and labelled.

Testing and inspection

EICRs and periodic testing, with remedials priced from the report.

Faults and maintenance

Fault finding, call-outs for regular clients and planned maintenance visits.
